Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
• CSOD knowledge and the ADDIE method are desirable.
• Experience with Adobe, Captivate and PeopleSoft is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and administer training programs in Learning Resources, Content and Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform Operations.
• Create evaluation and measurement tools for platform offerings.
• Identify needs and recommend solutions that meet CBRE learning demands.
• Partner with SMEs to develop content and update training materials and curriculums.
• Manage communications and marketing plans for new courses and updates.
• Ensure content and programs comply with governance guidelines.
