Job summary

Beyond is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to design, deliver, and continually improve training programs. You will create engaging sessions across soft skills, leadership, and technical topics, guided by data to measure impact.

You will own the LMS content, ensure GDPR, health and safety, and information security training stay current, and partner with Google to incorporate certifications and initiatives. Hybrid work in Manila is offered.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in learning and development, with proven design, facilitation, and development across in-person, virtual, and e-learning formats.
• Strong coaching mindset focused on growth and career development.
• Commercial mindset with ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to align learning initiatives with organisational goals.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and continuously improve training programmes for diverse topics.
• Create long-term employee development strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct needs analyses with regional partners to identify skills gaps and training requirements.
• Coach senior leaders to refine leadership skills and drive organizational change.
• Keep training content current with latest trends and partner requirements.
