Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovation is seeking an Analyst, Learning Delivery to join the Global Learning Enablement team in Manila/Taguig, delivering end-to-end learning programs including scheduling, enrollment, and learner support.

You will coordinate with facilitators and vendors, oversee virtual and onsite production, and use data to continuously improve learner experiences while maintaining compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in event management, learning, or HR operations is required.
• Experience in learning or program delivery is required.
• Proficiency in learning management and virtual delivery systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, program setup, enrollment, communications, surveys, rosters, and system updates for learning programs.
• Coordinate the production of virtual and onsite sessions, including venue setup, technology, materials, catering, and local support.
• Support personalized learning by managing intake requests, participant preparation, coach coordination, attendance, and post-program follow-up.
• Monitor enrollment, respond to participant needs, track attendance and completion records, coordinate rescheduling or cancellations across systems and partners.
• Resolve routine issues, escalate exceptions, and use data to suggest improvements to quality and efficiency.
