• Lead day-to-day operations and resolve customer concerns with quality mentoring.
• Coach and guide regional leads on standard learning administration processes.
• Develop talent using performance metrics and feedback.
• Engage training partners regionally to ensure service quality and opportunities for improvement.
• Sponsor or lead projects with training organizations and cross-team initiatives.
