Qualifications

• Strong coordination, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of learning programs across operations and production.
• Handle program setup, scheduling, enrollment, participant support, and LMS updates.
• Coordinate with facilitators, vendors, internal teams, and program stakeholders.
• Resolve routine delivery issues and escalate risks and exceptions as needed.
• Use feedback and data to suggest improvements to quality and efficiency.
