Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Analyst, Learning Delivery in the Global Learning Enablement organization based in Taguig, Metro Manila. The role covers end-to-end delivery of learning programs, including scheduling, enrollment, and learner support, across onsite and virtual formats.

You will coordinate with facilitators, vendors, and program teams, ensuring high-quality execution, data accuracy, and continuous improvement through feedback and metrics. Advanced English is required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2 years of experience in event management, learning, or HR operations.
• Experience in learning or program delivery.
• Proficiency with learning management and virtual delivery systems.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of learning programs across operations and production.
• Coordinate virtual and onsite sessions, venues, tech, catering, and materials.
• Prepare enrollments, rosters, communications, and system updates.
• Monitor attendance, completion, and post-program follow-ups.
• Escalate issues and propose improvements based on feedback and data.
