Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking a Curriculum Developer to design and build engaging, effective learning experiences. You will translate technical topics into structured courses, interactive materials, and clear assessment frameworks, collaborating with SMEs and instructors to tailor learning paths for employees.

You will author multi-modal content using industry tools, ensure accessibility, and contribute to ongoing improvements based on learner data and feedback.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, Technical Writing, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or training content creation.
• Instructional Tools: High proficiency with course authoring software (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) and modern LMS platforms.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for structural clarity, formatting, and tone consistency.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum Architecture & Content Creation: Apply evidence-based instructional design models to construct comprehensive objectives, lesson plans, and course maps.
• Develop diverse educational assets, including participant workbooks, instructor decks, quick-reference guides, and hands-on activity outlines.
• Script and storyboard multimedia content, including e-learning modules, video tutorials, audio clips, and interactive exercises.
