continuously refine engaging, effective learning experiences. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex subject matter and learner comprehension—transforming technical ordomain-specific knowledge into structured courses, interactive materials, and clear assessmentframeworks.
You will collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), instructors, andcross-functional teams to create multi-modal learning pathways tailored for employees.

Apply evidence-based instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’sTaxonomy) to construct comprehensive learning objectives, lesson plans, and courssmaps.
Develop diverse educational assets, including participant workbooks, instructorpresentation decks, quick-reference guides, and hands-on activity outlines.
Script and storyboard multimedia content, including e-learning modules, video tutorials,audio clips, and interactive exercises.
Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), product leads, and technical teams to
extract knowledge and translate complex topics into clear, accessible content.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and align learning objectiveswith strategic organizational goals.
Maintain content accuracy and timeliness by regularly auditing existing courses againstupdated industry standards or product releases.
Author interactive online courses using tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise),
Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
Package, test, and upload SCORM/xAPI-compliant courses into the Learning
Management System (LMS).
Ensure all learning materials comply with accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG, Section508) and instructional design best practices.
Design formative and summative assessment tools, including knowledge checks,
practical projects, rubrics, and certification exams.
Analyze learner feedback, completion rates, and assessment data to evaluate programeffectiveness and drive iterative content updates.
Synthesis & Simplification: Mastery in digesting dense, technical information and turningit into simple, actionable learning steps.
Adaptability: Ability to pivot quickly when priorities, software features, or organizationalstrategy shifts.
Analytical Thinking: Passion for using learner feedback and completion metrics tooptimize content performance.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology,
Education, Technical Writing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in curriculum development, instructionaldesign, or training content creation.
Instructional Tools: High proficiency with course authoring software (ArticulateStoryline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) and modern LMS platforms.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye forstructural clarity, formatting, and tone consistency.
Master’s degree in Education, Learning Sciences, or Instructional Systems.
Experience designing learning programs for Technology/Robotics/Automation
Graphic design or visual design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma).
Familiarity with agile project management practices for rapid content iteration.
