Qualifications

• Experience creating digital learning content using Articulate 360, Camtasia and Canva.
• Experience developing eLearning, video or other multimedia learning resources.
• Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) would be beneficial.
• Understanding of instructional design principles and learner engagement techniques.
• Experience within Learning & Development, digital learning, training, communications, or a related field.

We are looking for a creative, organised and digitally minded individual to join our global People Development team as a Digital Learning Specialist.

In this role, you will create engaging digital learning experiences that help colleagues develop their knowledge, skills, and professional expertise. Working with subject matter experts across the business, you will transform technical, regulatory, and business information into accessible and visually engaging learning content.

You will be responsible for designing new learning resources, curating high-quality content from internal and external sources, and maintaining learning pathways within our Learning Management System (Elevate). This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creativity, technology and learning to make a meaningful impact across a global organisation.

Principle Accountabilities

Learning Content Design, Curation & Management

Design and develop engaging digital learning content, including eLearning modules, videos, infographics, guides, and other multimedia learning resources.

Build interactive learning experiences using Articulate Rise and other digital learning technologies.

Curate, organise and maintain learning content, learning pathways and resources within the LMS.

Review and refresh learning content to ensure it remains relevant, accurate and aligned with business needs.

Maintain high standards of visual design, usability, and learner experience.

Explore new technologies, tools and approaches that enhance digital learning.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the business to identify learning needs and develop effective learning solutions.

Translate complex technical, regulatory, and business knowledge into engaging and accessible learning experiences.

Manage multiple content development projects and support global learning initiatives.

Build strong working relationships across teams, functions, and jurisdictions.
