You will create engaging instructor-led training and e-learning materials that align with business objectives, working with partners and SMEs across Learning and Employee Success.

You will manage design projects end-to-end, upload content to Workday Learning, and produce multimedia assets.

Responsibilities

• Identify skill gaps and design engaging course materials and job aids.
• Conduct needs analyses to define core learning objectives for modules (classroom, eLearnings, videos).
• Manage instructional design projects from start to finish.
