Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to design and deliver technology-focused corporate training across virtual and in-person formats. You will craft comprehensive materials, tailor curricula for various departments, and curate a centralized knowledge base to support users and adoption efforts.

The role requires 7–10 years in corporate training, strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, and familiarity with GMeet, Teams, and Zoom.

Qualifications

• At least 7–10 years of corporate training experience with a strong focus on technology and software training.
• Proven experience applying learning principles to create effective training programs.
• Expert-level, hands-on knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365; certifications in these platforms are a plus.
• Deep familiarity with virtual meeting platforms such as GMeet, Teams, and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Training Design & Delivery: create dynamic training sessions in virtual classrooms, in-person workshops, and 1-on-1 coaching.
• Content Management & Development: update training content and develop new modules; manage a knowledge base or learning portal.
