• Experience designing 70-20-10 learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end digital learning journeys integrating formal, social, and experiential learning.
• Develop and deploy learning campaigns to drive enrollment and completion.
• Optimize learning platforms for usability and adoption using data insights.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts, L&D partners, and vendors.
• Create audience-appropriate learning communications across channels.
• Track program performance and report on business impact.
• Manage resources and budgets for learning initiatives.
