Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to design and deliver engaging, high-impact training for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and LMS. You will drive tool adoption and help clients leverage these platforms to boost collaboration and productivity.

Responsibilities include creating materials, curricula, and a centralized knowledge base; delivering sessions virtually and in person; and measuring training effectiveness to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

7–10 years in a corporate training role, with a focus on technology.
Proven ability to apply learning principles to training programs.
Expert-level knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
Familiar with virtual meeting platforms (GMeet/Teams/Zoom).
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Information Technology, or related field. Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging training sessions via virtual classrooms, in-person workshops, and coaching.
Create training materials such as quick-reference guides, videos, presentations, and e-learning modules.
Develop tailored learning paths for different departments and roles.
Maintain a centralized knowledge base or learning portal.
Drive adoption and measure training effectiveness, gathering feedback.
