Job summary

Probe CX is seeking a passionate Trainer to support onboarding, refresher training and continuous learning within our operations team. The role suits someone skilled in facilitation, coaching, and employee development, who enjoys helping teams improve performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will conduct onboarding sessions, deliver engaging classroom and virtual trainings, assist in creating materials, monitor progress, and collaborate with Operations, QA, and HR to align with business

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Coaching, or related role.
• Experience facilitating training sessions in a BPO, shared services, or similar environment.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and deliver refresher training sessions for employees.
• Facilitate engaging classroom and virtual training programs.
• Support upskilling initiatives and knowledge enhancement activities.
• Identify learning gaps and provide coaching or training recommendations.
• Assist in creating and updating training materials, guides, presentations, and e-learning content.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to support performance improvement.
• Conduct post-training assessments and track training effectiveness.
• Ensure training documentation and materials are updated and aligned with operational requirements.
• Work closely with Operations, QA, and HR teams to support business goals and employee development.
• Participate in calibration sessions and team meetings as needed.
