Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions Inc. in Taguig City is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist (Digital Learning) to transform classroom materials into engaging digital courses. The role follows a hybrid setup with three onsite days per week and a standard 8:30 AM–5:30 PM schedule.

You will design interactive modules using Articulate Rise, craft outlines and storyboards, and work with SMEs to review content. Strong communication and independent project management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Articulate Rise or similar eLearning tools.
• Experience creating digital learning content and interactive modules.

Responsibilities

• Convert classroom materials, PPTs, SOPs into digital learning content.
• Prepare course outlines, storyboards, and design documents.
• Create interactive eLearning modules with Articulate Rise or equivalent.
• Coordinate with SMEs to review content and implement revisions.
• Design quizzes and knowledge checks aligned to objectives.
• Ensure branding, accessibility, and learning standards in materials.

About the Role

Help employees learn through clear, engaging digital training. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will transform existing training materials into interactive eLearning courses, combining instructional design, multimedia, and adult learning principles to support employee learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert classroom materials, PowerPoint presentations, manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) into digital learning content.

• Prepare course outlines, storyboards, and instructional design documents.

• Create interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Rise or equivalent authoring tools.

• Work with subject matter experts to review content, gather feedback, and implement revisions.

• Design quizzes and knowledge checks aligned with learning objectives.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure materials meet branding, accessibility, and learning standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
