Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Digital Learning Developer in Makati on a 6-month, mid-shift project. You will transform learning content into engaging digital experiences, migrating materials, and creating intuitive learner journeys.

Work with Instructional Designers and Senior Developers to deliver high-quality eLearning modules on a hybrid schedule. Role requires a 2+ year background in eLearning design/development, strong Articulate Rise/Storyline skills, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Digital Media or similar design-related field.
• Minimum 2 years in eLearning design and development or related areas.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360 preferred) and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.

Responsibilities

• Extract and prepare course content from Blended X or similar platforms.
• Rebuild eLearning modules using Articulate Rise with proper functionality and quality.
• Recreate navigation and learner pathways for intuitive flow.
• Develop quizzes, knowledge checks, and interactive components.
• Update visuals to align with branding and accessibility.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Senior Developers on storyboards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project delivery.

About this Position

As a Digital Learning Developer, you will play an important role in transforming learning content into engaging, user-friendly digital experiences that help learners build knowledge and skills effectively. By ensuring high-quality course development, seamless content migration, and an intuitive learner journey, you will contribute to the successful delivery of learning programs that support business and organizational goals. Working as part of a collaborative learning team, you will partner closely with Instructional Designers, Senior Developers, and a variety of stakeholders to bring learning concepts to life. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse eLearning projects, combining creativity, attention to detail, and a learner-first mindset to create modern, accessible, and visually compelling learning experiences. Success in this position means delivering high-quality digital learning solutions that meet project timelines, maintain quality standards, and provide an impactful experience for learners.

What You´ll Do

• Extract, organize, and prepare course content from Blended X or similar learning platforms, including text, images, videos, audio files, downloadable resources, and assessment materials
• Rebuild eLearning modules using Articulate Rise, ensuring accurate content migration, functionality, and adherence to established procedures, SLAs, and quality standards
• Recreate course navigation, learner pathways, and overall learning flow to enhance usability and learner experience
• Develop and integrate quizzes, knowledge checks, assessments, and interactive learning components to support learning objectives
• Update course visuals and multimedia elements to align with current branding guidelines, design standards, and accessibility requirements
• Collaborate closely with Instructional Designers and Senior Developers to understand storyboards and requirements, ensuring efficient and high-quality course development
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, clarify requirements, and maintain smooth project execution and workflow efficiency

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Digital Media or any similar design-related courses
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in eLearning Design and Development, Graphic Design or Video Development is highly preferred
• Knowledgeable in any eLearning authoring tool preferably Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise); Adobe Creative Cloud Applications (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator) is highly preferred
• With excellent English communication, time-management, organizational skills and creativity Attention to quality & detail
• Amenable to work on a 6 month project based, mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
