Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to develop engaging e-Learning content and multimedia experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong writing with solid instructional design principles and hands-on experience creating digital learning materials, including videos and interactive modules.

You will design courses, storyboard visuals, and collaborate with SMEs to ensure accuracy while applying ADDIE and adult learning concepts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or similar.
• Hands-on experience with e-learning development and multimedia content creation.
• Strong writing skills and ability to translate objectives into engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement e-Learning courses and training materials.
• Create storyboards and visual concepts for modules and videos.
• Develop interactive experiences using authoring tools and multimedia elements.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather content and ensure accuracy.
• Edit and produce instructional videos, presentations, and other assets.
• Apply ADDIE and adult learning principles in course design.
• Review content based on feedback and performance metrics.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to develop engaging e-Learning content and multimedia learning experiences. The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, a solid understanding of instructional design principles, and hands‑on experience creating digital learning materials, including videos and interactive modules.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and implement e-Learning courses and training materials based on learning objectives
• Create storyboards and visual concepts for e-Learning modules and videos
• Develop interactive learning experiences using authoring tools and multimedia elements
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy
• Edit and produce instructional videos, presentations, and other digital assets
• Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) and adult learning principles
• Review and revise content based on feedback and performance metrics
• Ensure all materials meet quality standards and are aligned with organizational goals

A BIT ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, e-Learning Developer, or similar role
• Strong video design, editing, and multimedia production skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience using Canva for visual content creation
• Hands‑on experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise)
• Knowledge of e-Learning design best practices and instructional design methodologies
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Willing to work onsite
