Job summary

Foundever® is seeking a Learning Designer to craft engaging, user-friendly digital training using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360, and to support the Training Design Manager.

Based onsite in Makati, you will conduct needs analysis, design e-learning modules, develop workshops and blended solutions, and collaborate with project teams to meet business and learner needs.

A strong portfolio and 3–5 years in Learning & Development, with excellent communication skills, are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in Learning and Development, corporate training development, or digital content creation.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in use of Articulate Storyline 360 & Articulate Rise 360.
• Good understanding of how training is developed, documented, managed and delivered.
• Familiarity with program and project management approaches, tools, structures and phases of the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Undertake the initial consultation and needs analysis through to developing and designing the learning solution (all required artefacts).
• Designing and developing digital learning materials, including e-learning modules, online courses, multimedia content, and interactive activities.
• Designing and developing instructional-led workshops, virtual learning programs, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and blended learning solutions to meet identified business and learners needs.
• Creates storyboards, scripts and design documents that outline the structure and content of learning experience.
• Working closely with project teams and key stakeholders to ensure training content meets learning needs and due diligence processes.

Job description

• The Learning Designer will create effective, engaging and user friendly learning solutions using digital software and platforms.

• They will support the Training Design Manager with the development and review of Training conte3nt & Training Projects/initiatives.

• Undertake the initial consultation and needs analysis through to developing and designing the learning solution (all required artefacts).
