Job summary

John Clements Consultants, Inc. seeks a Training Officer to design, deliver, and evaluate corporate training programs for a 12-month project with a strong potential for extension or absorption.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, HR, or related fields, and at least 1 year of corporate training experience. You’ll coordinate sessions, develop materials, and monitor progress while collaborating with stakeholders in Makati.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of corporate training experience; teaching/academic training considered.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in creating/updating training manuals and modules.
• Knowledge of instructional design and training methodologies.
• Familiar with LMS or similar platforms.
• Experience with digital tools or technical processes is a plus.
• Experience in e-commerce systems is advantageous.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.

About the Role:
We are looking for a Training Officer who will design, deliver, and evaluate corporate training programs to support operational and technical learning needs. This is a project-based role (12 months) with a high possibility of contract extension or absorption.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) by reviewing processes, attending meetings, and aligning with stakeholders.

• Design and develop training materials, workflows, and modules.

• Coordinate training schedules, facilitate sessions/town halls, and support participants.

• Monitor training progress and provide post-training evaluations.

• Prepare reports, e-certificates, and maintain trackers/resources.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree graduate (Industrial Engineering, Human Resources or other related courses are welcome to apply).

• At least 1 year of corporate training experience (Note: Academic/education teaching or training experience will be considered if you're teaching technical courses).

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficient in creating and updating training manuals and modules.

• Competent in Google Suite (Slides, Meet, Classroom, Sites, etc.).

• Knowledge of instructional design and training methodologies.

• Knowledge of learning management systems or similar platforms.

• Experience with digital tools, systems, or technical processes is a plus.

• Experience in E-commerce business and related systems is an advantage.

• Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills; confident in delivering training to groups.

• Accomplished communicator with experience interacting at all levels.

• Proven experience in managing projects or events from planning to execution.

• Open-minded, approachable, and willing to learn new ways of working.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, with demonstrated success in managing multiple responsibilities.

• Willing to work onsite in Makati, with possible work-from-home arrangement if there are no scheduled trainings.

What We Offer:

• Salary: ₱34,000 monthly with HMO (eligible after 1 month)

• Contract: 12 months project-based (with strong potential for extension/absorption)
