You’ll partner with business leaders and HR to design learning strategies and development experiences that prepare the workforce for today’s challenges and tomorrow’s opportunities. • Experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or Capability Building.
• Strong experience designing enterprise learning programs and competency frameworks.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• A passion for developing people and building high-performing organizations.
