Job summary

Mega Sardines, part of Mega Prime Foods Inc., is seeking a Talent Management Manager in Manila to shape leadership capability, accelerate high-potential talent, and foster a high-performance culture across the organization.

You will lead performance management, succession planning, leadership assessment, and internal mobility programs, partnering with business leaders and HR to embed continuous growth and strong people decisions.

Qualifications

Experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, HR Business Partnering, or Organizational Development.
Strong knowledge of performance management, succession planning, and talent assessment.
Excellent analytical, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
A passion for developing future leaders and building high-performing organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead the company's performance management and talent review processes.
Drive succession planning and leadership pipeline development across key positions.
Design frameworks for identifying, assessing, and accelerating high-potential talent.
Lead leadership assessment, career development, and internal mobility initiatives.
Use talent analytics to strengthen organizational capability and inform people decisions.
Partner with business leaders and HR teams to build a culture of performance and continuous growth.
