MEGA PRIME FOODS INCORPORATED is seeking an energetic L&D Specialist to bring training sessions to life through interactive facilitation, engaging visuals, and seamless program coordination. You will design compelling slide decks, craft learning materials, and manage logistics for live, virtual, and hybrid sessions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams to identify learning needs, develop creative session outlines, and measure impact through post-training feedback and attendance

Qualifications

• 10 years hands-on L&D, HR, corporate training, or event facilitation experience.
• Strong public speaking and engaging presentation delivery.
• Solid visual design skills with PowerPoint and Canva.
• Familiarity with engagement platforms (Mentimeter, Kahoot, Slido, Miro) and video tools (Zoom, MS Teams).
• Excellent multitasking, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Interactive Session Facilitation: Lead and co-facilitate workshops, onboarding modules, and skill-building sessions.
• Visual Content & Material Design: Create slide decks, digital workbooks, infographics, and quick-reference guides.
• Program Coordination & Operations: Manage logistics for live, virtual, and hybrid workshops; LMS updates.
• Planning & Session Design: Partner with teams to identify learning needs and craft engaging agendas.
• Feedback & Measurement: Collect post-training feedback and attendance metrics to improve engagement.
