Qualifications

• Experience as a full-cycle recruiter
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Skilled in interviewing leadership candidates
• Experience with social media recruiting
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• At least 2 years recruiting for leadership roles
• Experience with contact center recruiting preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; HR/business field preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to identify and determine recruiting needs to include the knowledge, skills, ability, and other qualifications required.
• Interviews leadership level candidates to assess their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Effectively source for leadership level roles using different job boards.
• Negotiates salary and relocation offers that lead to win-win relationships between the company and prospective employee.
• Ensures clerical procedures are in accordance with Federal, State, and EEOC requirements.
• Drives continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management.
• Partners with managers in the interviewing/hiring process.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
