iQor is seeking a recruiter to research, source, screen, and interview candidates for craft, technical, professional, and managerial roles. Responsabilités

• Researches, sources and screens viable candidate resumes using a variety of recruitment and sourcing methods (cold calling, networking, resumes) for iQor roles.
• Utilizes various tools for sourcing candidates, including posting jobs, forums, networking, and job fairs.
• Maintains candidate database with proactive sourcing methods.
• Conducts pre-screening of candidates via telephone/online tools.
• Develops and customizes interview questions based on job requirements; may conduct interviews and make recommendations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
