Job summary

iQor (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a recruiter to source, screen, and interview candidates for craft, technical, professional, and managerial roles across the business.

You will leverage cold call outreach, job boards, networking, and internal databases to build a strong talent pipeline in Iloilo and surrounding areas. The role includes developing interview questions, conducting pre-screenings, coordinating with hiring managers for secondary or management interviews, and performing other duties

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruiting or HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; HR/Business Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Researches, sources and screens viable candidate's resumes using a variety of recruitment methods (cold calling, networking, resume search, forums, Boolean search, etc.) for iQor roles.
• Utilizes tools to post jobs on internal/external boards, participate in forums and job fairs, network, etc.
• Maintains a candidate database with proactive sourcing methods.
• Conducts pre-screening of candidates via telephone and online tools.
• Develops and customizes interview questions based on job requirements.
• May conduct interviews and recommend candidates for further interviews.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
