You'll conduct pre-screenings, develop interview questions, and coordinate with hiring teams. A background in HR or business and 1-2 years' recruiting experience is preferred; PHR certification is a plus. This in-person role emphasizes strong communication and sourcing skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recruiting or HR experience.
• PHR or HR certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Researches, sources and screens viable candidates for openings at iQor.
• Conducts pre-screening of candidates via telephone and online tools.
• Develops and customizes interview questions based on job requirements.
• May conduct interviews with candidates and make recommendations for further interviews.
