The role emphasizes governance, program design, facilitator materials, and leadership training, with a focus on measurable impact. The position requires strong leadership, experience in end-to-end program development, and the ability to influence at all levels to improve customer experience and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field for Training/ Learning and Development.
• Minimum of 5 years in Training Manager or Senior L&D role.
• Experience in end-to-end training program development and implementation.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's learning and development strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce needs.
• Establish learning governance, policies, and standards.
• Conduct organization-wide Training Needs Analysis for corporate and sales teams.
• Create and improve competency-based curricula and materials.
• Design facilitator guides, manuals, and learning resources.
• Lead leadership, behavioral, and functional training initiatives.
• Ensure effective onboarding and ongoing employee development.
• Measure learning impact and drive continuous improvement.
