Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a People Analytics & Reporting Analyst to support Workday reporting delivery, data quality, and governance. You will collaborate with a global team to develop, maintain, and enhance reporting solutions that inform workforce insights and business decisions.

The role emphasizes ownership of Workday reporting, stakeholder engagement, and providing end-user guidance across geographies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR, HR systems, people analytics, reporting.
• 3+ years of hands-on Workday HCM reporting capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of Workday reporting features (advanced, matrix, calculated fields).
• Experience designing reports with usability and stakeholder needs.
• Familiarity with Workday core HCM, compensation, talent, recruiting, security, and reporting.
• Experience creating calculated, derived, and nested fields.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Workday Pro Reporting certification or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, timely, scalable Workday reporting solutions with a global team.
• Own day-to-day Workday reporting, maintenance and enhancements.
• Design, build, test, and deploy Workday reports (custom, matrix, calculated fields).
• Translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions.
• Support workforce management, data quality, compliance, and operational reporting globally.
• Maintain reports, documentation, and SOPs for knowledge continuity.
• Provide end-user support and training on Workday reporting.
• Develop understanding of Workday data structures and reporting dependencies.
• Analyze complex questions to produce insights and trends.
• Balance transactional requests, production support, and project work.
• Protect employee data in line with policies.
• Communicate status, manage expectations, and escalate blockers.
• Support a metrics-driven culture by producing and distributing reports.
