Job summary

SYSGEN RPO is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations & Compliance Manager to oversee multi-branch cold chain warehouse operations and lead QMS, EHS, and compliance functions in the Philippines.

The role requires coordinating Warehouse Managers across accounts, ensuring inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and strict adherence to HACCP, GMP, ISO standards, and audit requirements. The position demands strong leadership and stakeholder management to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of warehouse operations management experience, preferably in cold chain/3PL/FMCG.
• Hands-on experience in EHS, safety, pollution control, quality management, or regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO standards, and audit management.
• SAP knowledge is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cold chain warehouse operations across multiple branches, ensuring inventory accuracy, temperature compliance, and on-time delivery.
• Lead and align Warehouse Managers, Safety, Security, and Pollution Control functions.
• Manage key account relationships and ensure compliance with customer service-level agreements and quality standards.
• Drive food safety, EHS compliance, risk management, internal audits, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor operational KPIs, inventory performance, labor costs, and productivity.
• Implement process improvements, cost optimization initiatives, and consistent operational standards across all branches.
• Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations, permits, and audit requirements.

• Oversee daily cold chain warehouse operations across multiple branches, ensuring inventory accuracy, temperature compliance, and on-time delivery.
• Lead and align Warehouse Managers, Safety, Security, and Pollution Control functions.
• Manage key account relationships and ensure compliance with customer service-level agreements and quality standards.
• Drive food safety, EHS compliance, risk management, internal audits, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead multiple teams and manage demanding client relationships.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO standards, and audit management.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is highly preferred.
