Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Metro Manila is seeking an Associate Underwriting Supervisor to lead a unit of non-exempt Associate Underwriters and supervise daily operations, including work assignment, workflow prioritization, and performance tracking.

You will coach and develop the team, manage performance, and ensure a customer-focused, solution-driven approach while coordinating with internal partners to optimize underwriting processes.

Qualifications

• Advanced level of knowledge in Underwriting, and with Lending Authority experience.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent relationship management skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with Internal Partners.
