Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Metro Manila is seeking an Associate Underwriting Supervisor to lead a unit of non-exempt Associate Underwriters and supervise daily operations, including work assignment, workflow prioritization, and performance tracking.

You will coach and develop the team, manage performance, and ensure a customer-focused, solution-driven approach while coordinating with internal partners to optimize underwriting processes.

Advance your career by joining our Home Lending Operation team that supports Underwriters.

As the Associate Underwriting Supervisor within the Underwriting Team, you will manage, coordinate, and direct the daily operations of a unit of non-exempt Associate Underwriters and/or support a processing unit in a product area. You will assign work, set workflow priorities, track your unit’s performance, and monitor daily business activities. You will handle exception items, resolve complex issues, coordinate and oversee departmental projects, and document and introduce new procedures to your staff. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing and recommending system modifications for processing business.
