Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead a team in Home Lending operations, with a focus on Escrow Servicing and quality control. You will oversee Associate Operations Supervisors and drive efficiency in mortgage and home equity loan processing.

You will collaborate with domestic partners and senior leaders to identify opportunities for improvement, coach teams, and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations Management.
• Proven leadership to inspire and develop teams.

• Experience in mortgage and home equity loan processing.
