Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Process Improvement I to join the Home Lending Analytics team in a data-driven role based in Metro Manila. The position focuses on analyzing competitive intelligence, gathering data, and producing actionable reports for management and field distribution to guide strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Home Lending Customer Operations leadership and leveraging diverse tools for ETL, data visualization, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience in SQL and data analytics/reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across stakeholders and senior management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop reporting solutions and analytics aligned to business needs by preparing data from diverse sources and delivering reports and analytical views.
• Extract, load, and transform data using Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, Hadoop, and other relational databases.
• Utilize analytics and reporting tools including UNIX-SAS, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, R, SSRS/SSIS, Cognos, Power BI, and Office to perform data analysis and reporting.
• Design and implement ETL processes using Alteryx, SSIS, and related tools to support reporting solutions.
• Create robust, scalable data sources for MIS reporting by integrating data from Oracle INFO1, flat files, Hadoop, Sybase and more into SQL Server/Greenplum environments.
• Design database structures with ERDs and implement on SQL Server and Greenplum.
