Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in the Philippines seeks an Associate to join the Subsidiary Banker group within Global Corporate Banking APAC. You will service cash management needs, support on-boarding and ramping client mandates, and collaborate with in-country bankers and product specialists to meet client needs.

The role covers client coverage, pipeline management, KYC renewals, and regional hub strategy execution, with emphasis on portfolio profitability and escalation handling.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Treasury Services sales, corporate relationship management, or portfolio management.
• Broad commercial banking product knowledge such as cash management, FX, overdrafts and trade products.
• Excellent communication skills with strong teamwork ability.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational, planning and analytical abilities.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and learning mindset.
• Know Your Customer responsibilities and portfolio management understanding.

Responsibilities

• Client coverage of a defined portfolio of names.
• Maintain accurate tracking and progression through pipeline management.
• Partner with Client Service Teams and escalate issues affecting the client.
• Review and KYC renewals and provide accurate summaries to in country subsidiary bankers.
• Execute regional Hub client strategy and provide robust relationship coverage of APAC wallet.
• Be the key contact and escalation point for portfolio matters.
• Liaise with client/headquarter bankers to resolve issues and monitor portfolio profitability.
