Job summary

Helpstar is seeking a Revenue Management Trainer to lead our internal academy. You will design and deliver daily learning sessions, create high-quality content, and build structured LMS courses (LearnDash or LifterLMS) for our global hotels.

The role focuses on training the revenue management team, with an emphasis on latest tools and industry practices. Based in the Philippines, remote-first with potential Cebu collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hotel revenue management with strategic knowledge.
• Experience delivering training in corporate or hospitality settings.
• Strong writing with ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Familiar with LMS platforms (LearnDash, LifterLMS) and content creation.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Philippines-based, remote with possible Cebu collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Run daily or weekly live training sessions for the Revenue Management team.
• Create clear educational material on revenue management topics.
• Develop LMS courses and training modules for LearnDash/LifterLMS.
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate into training.
• Onboard new hires and provide upskilling tracks; monitor engagement and improve content.
