Role Description

The Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in La Paz, Iloilo, responsible for delivering effective training programs to internal teams and, when needed, client stakeholders. This role designs and facilitates training sessions on revenue cycle processes, systems, and tools, ensuring learners understand workflows, compliance requirements, and best practices. The Trainer creates clear training materials, including presentations, job aids, and documentation, and updates them regularly to reflect process or technology changes. Daily activities include conducting classroom and small-group trainings, providing one-on-one coaching, answering process-related questions, and assessing learning outcomes through feedback and performance metrics. The Trainer collaborates with operations, technology, and leadership teams to identify training needs, support onboarding, and drive continuous skill development across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs, including classroom, virtual, and one-on-one formats.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, structured, and engaging way.
• Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, medical billing, coding, compliance, or related healthcare administrative processes is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with training tools and basic office software (e.g., slide presentations, spreadsheets, learning materials); experience with learning management systems is a plus.
• Ability to assess skill gaps, provide constructive feedback, and adapt training methods to diverse learning styles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships.

• Prior experience in a trainer, educator, or learning and development role within healthcare or a similar regulated environment is preferred.
