Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven TN Visa Recruitment Team Lead to manage and guide a recruitment team focused on healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will oversee recruitment operations, strengthen sourcing strategies, monitor team performance, and ensure the timely endorsement of qualified candidates. Familiarity with TN visa requirements and U.S. healthcare staffing is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment team to meet hiring goals and performance standards.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including talent sourcing, initial screening, interviews, assessments, and candidate endorsements.

• Review candidate qualifications and verify compliance with applicable TN visa eligibility requirements before endorsement.

• Create and execute sourcing plans to attract qualified healthcare professionals for U.S. employment opportunities.

• Track recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and individual recruiter productivity.

• Train, mentor, and provide regular feedback to team members to improve recruitment performance.

• Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to clarify staffing needs, arrange interviews, and facilitate hiring decisions.

• Ensure candidate files, recruitment records, and supporting documents are complete and accurate.

• Assess recruitment challenges and introduce practical solutions to improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in U.S. healthcare staffing, international recruitment, or TN visa recruitment.

• At least 2 years of experience leading or supervising a recruitment team.

• Working knowledge of TN visa eligibility, U.S. employment procedures, and healthcare recruitment practices.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve hiring goals, manage multiple vacancies, and evaluate recruitment performance.

• Strong team leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), online sourcing platforms, and recruitment reporting tools.

• High attention to detail when reviewing candidate credentials and recruitment documents.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.

• Willingness to work night shifts to accommodate U.S. business hours.
