Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction quality control procedures.
• Ability to lead QA/QC teams.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients.
• Conduct internal quality audits.
• Review and approve QA/QC documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP).
• Quality Management System (QMS).
• Testing procedures and laboratory coordination.
• Monitor construction activities to maintain quality standards.
• Prepare and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Quality Procedures.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients.
• Ensure proper testing of materials such as concrete, steel, soil.
• Maintain quality records and reports.
• Review and approve material submittals, test reports, inspection reports.
• Ensure all QA/QC documents are updated and properly filed.
• Monitor implementation of approved procedures and specifications.
• Inspect ongoing construction works.
• Identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and project managers.
• Supervise QA/QC inspectors and engineers.
• Conduct quality training and toolbox meetings.
