Pro-Excel Property Management Inc. (PPMI) seeks an experienced facilities engineer to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of building and electro‑mechanical systems at a project site.

You will implement a 52‑week PM program to ensure reliable operations and monitor equipment performance, uptime, and maintenance reports. You will supervise technicians and third‑party contractors, assist in tenant fit‑out coordination, review billings, and help procure services and materials while

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Registered/Licensed Mechanical Engineer is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in building, facilities, property management, or related engineering operations.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, building systems, and electro‑mechanical equipment.
• Experience supervising or coordinating with technicians and third‑party contractors is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, reporting, communication, and technical documentation skills.
• Detail‑oriented with good problem solving and organizational skills.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, Monday‑Saturday.
• Willing to be assigned to a project site.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of building and electro‑mechanical systems.
• Implement and monitor a 52‑week preventive maintenance program to ensure reliable operations.
• Monitor equipment performance, uptime, maintenance activities, and technical reports.
• Supervise technicians and third‑party contractors for repair and maintenance works.
• Assist in tenant fit‑out coordination and construction monitoring.
• Review contractor billings and assist in procurement of services, materials, and technical requirements.
• Maintain accurate technical records, equipment documentation, and maintenance reports.
• Support building safety programs, emergency drills, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor energy usage and contribute to energy‑saving and cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, tenants, contractors, and property management for daily operations.
