Clairmont Realty & Development Corp. is seeking an experienced Property Engineer to ensure safe, functional, and continuously operating building systems across Acacia, Instorage, Hampton Gardens, Head Office, and Airbnb units.

This supervisory role oversees repairs, STP operation, and preventive maintenance to minimize disruptions and maintain regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include site inspections, prioritizing repairs, coordinating with contractors, and developing a comprehensive

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities engineering, or property engineering.
• Experience overseeing repair works across multiple properties including short-term rentals.
• Ability to build and manage a 52-week preventive maintenance schedule.
• Ability to monitor STP operations and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and direct the Property Admin in repair priorities and schedules.
• Conduct site inspections across all units to identify repair needs.
• Prioritize, schedule and oversee repair work within service timelines.
• Coordinate with site personnel and contractors for quality and timeliness.
• Conduct turnover punchlist inspections and document items for handover.
• Oversee repair works and equipment maintenance for Airbnb units with Leasing Specialist coordination.
• Develop and maintain a 52-week preventive maintenance program for pumps, generators, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Monitor building equipment performance and prevent unplanned breakdowns.
• Monitor STP operations, log readings, and ensure compliance with environmental standards.
• Submit regular reports on repairs, STP status, equipment condition, and turnover punch lists.
