Job summary

Pro-Excel Property Managers, Inc. is seeking a Lead Property Engineer to assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations of the building. You will implement preventive maintenance programs to keep all equipment in peak condition and support continuous safe operations.

You will supervise technicians, coordinate with contractors, and ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance across the facility. The role emphasizes uptime optimization and budget support for technical services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Engineer is required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Building Maintenance Operations, preferably in High Rise Buildings or Mixed-Use Commercial Centers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of preventive maintenance programs to ensure 100% uptime of building systems.
• Inspect and ensure safety, security, and appearance of facilities; manage inspections and reporting.
• Coordinate with Building Manager on annual budgets for technical services and materials.
• Supervise, evaluate, and provide guidance to technicians and service providers.
• Oversee third party contractors for repairs and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Prepare maintenance reports and ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping.
