Job summary

Pro-Excel Property Management Inc. (PPMI) seeks an experienced facilities engineer to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of building and electro‑mechanical systems at a project site.

You will implement a 52‑week PM program to ensure reliable operations and monitor equipment performance, uptime, and maintenance reports. You will supervise technicians and third‑party contractors, assist in tenant fit‑out coordination, review billings, and help procure services and materials while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Registered/Licensed Mechanical Engineer is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in building, facilities, property management, or related engineering operations.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, building systems, and electro‑mechanical equipment.
• Experience supervising or coordinating with technicians and third‑party contractors is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, reporting, communication, and technical documentation skills.
• Detail‑oriented with good problem solving and organizational skills.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, Monday‑Saturday.
• Willing to be assigned to a project site.

JOB SUMMARY:
