Job summary

Verkada is seeking a data-driven Associate in Sales Strategy and Operations to drive insights and optimize processes that power a fast-growing sales engine. You will collaborate with sales leaders to identify priorities, translate needs into data requirements, and support cross-functional initiatives.

You’ll run analytics, prepare communications, and help shape the data strategy for the team while maintaining rigorous data quality and scalable workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and operational excellence; translate business needs into data requirements.
• Document processes clearly and reproducibly for cross-functional teams.
• Basic SQL and coding; familiarity with Python data stacks is a plus.
• Ability to structure analyses to inform strategy and drive impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage key stakeholders across the organization and communicate roadmaps.
• Identify pain points by reviewing workflows with sales leaders.
• Promote the team’s roadmap through decks, newsletters, and updates.
