Job description

Salary: Up to 68K but open for salary negotiation

Site Assignment: Central Bloc 2, Cebu IT Park, Cebu City & Tech Tower, Cebu City

Headcount: 2 (1 each job ID)

Non-Negotiable

• At least 2 years in College / Preferred College Graduate Degree
• Selling point The successful candidate will be trained for Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (company-paid)
• Required at least Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
• 57 years of related work experience in process excellence/improvement
• Preferred healthcare industry experience but open to any industry exposure (manufacturing, engineering, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Driving process improvements/transformation using different levers like Lean Six Sigma, automation, analytics, etc.
• Effective operation control through monitoring, risk identification, and mitigation.
• Effective and seamless transition management by highlighting and tackling critical items with Quality and other aspects.
• Drive ideation and small- and large-scale projects.
• Effectively lead and guide a team of Black Belts.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified / MBB (from reputed certification bodies or companies).
• Deep knowledge in Six Sigma methodology and process improvement (at least 5 years of experience).
• New transition management (metric definition, SLA standardization, issue tracking, and reporting).
• Well-versed in Excel and Minitab.
• Process automation knowledge in terms of identification and applicability, assessment, and program management.
• Exposure in data analytics is an added advantage.
• Healthcare domain expertise (payer, provider, benefit configuration, etc.) is an advantage.
