Job summary

HRTX seeks an Oracle HCM Solution Architect to develop architectural assessments, roadmaps, and scalable, secure Oracle HCM solutions. You will work with Enterprise Architects and Technical Owners to align applications with the Oracle HCM strategy and collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and DevOps to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities include guiding offshore/onshore teams, designing integrations across Core HCM, Performance, Recruiting, and Compensation, and applying best practices

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years with SDLC, diagrams, and enterprise Oracle HCM platforms (PaaS, SaaS)
• 7-10 years in Oracle HCM implementations; strong Core HCM, Performance, Recruiting, and Compensation knowledge
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM architecture and integration
• Experience with Oracle Cloud data models in HCM and Finance
• Knowledge of SQL tuning and best practices for HCM extracts, OTBI
• Familiarity with systems integration, security, user provisioning, and SSO technologies
• Foundational knowledge in AI/ML is desirable

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for Oracle HCM applications
• Provide architectural solutions ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing Oracle HCM deployments
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and Technical Owners to align apps with Oracle HCM strategy
• Work with cross-functional agile teams to monitor progress and ensure project success
• Provide business and technical guidance, designing and implementing Oracle HCM solutions
• Promote and support company policies, ethics, and integrity
