Job summary

HRTX in the Philippines seeks an Oracle HCM Functional Analyst to lead design, configuration, and optimization efforts across Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Compensation and Benefits. You will gather requirements, map data, and model business processes while guiding technical teams through testing and documentation.

Responsibilities include reviewing Oracle releases, validating tax updates, enabling new functionality, and building OCI/ PaaS integrations.

Qualifications

4-year degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent).
3+ years of business analysis and/or techno-functional experience in HCM functions.
Working functional knowledge on Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Compensation and Benefits.
Techno-functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud; experience with Workday/PeopleSoft considered.

Responsibilities

Lead functional design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud and PeopleSoft Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits modules.
Perform requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, data mapping and process modeling.
Develop functional solutions, configure system setups, guide technical teams, and perform testing and documentation.
Troubleshoot data and process issues; identify opportunities for efficiency.
Review Oracle releases, tax updates, enable and test new functionality, and perform regression testing.
Design and develop OCI integration between Fusion HCM and other apps; develop PaaS solutions.
