Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Specialist to design and deliver enterprise HCM solutions across Oracle HCM Cloud and PeopleSoft in the Philippines. You will drive end-to-end architectures, ensure secure data flows, and integrate HCM with other enterprise platforms.

The role requires hands-on delivery with multiple HCM modules, experience with OTBI, HDL, and OCI integrations, and the ability to translate HR requirements into clear specifications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud or PeopleSoft.
• Minimum of three end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations.
• Deep functional experience across Core HR, Recruitment, Compensation, Learning.
• Proficient with OTBI, HDL, and integrations using OCI.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for Oracle HCM across modules.
• Lead integrations with Finance, Procurement, and SCM solutions.
• Govern security, data privacy, and access controls.
• Translate HR needs into functional and technical specs.
• Support effort estimation and project delivery planning.
• Manage quarterly HCM updates and system performance.
• Conduct PoC initiatives for AI and automation.
