Job summary

HRTX is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to lead a team and shape the firm’s digital transformation strategy.

You will design future-state architecture, align technology with business goals, and guide programs toward target architectures while upholding security standards. Collaboration with diverse business units and adherence to EA standards are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in IT, CS, engineering or equivalent.
Extensive EA/Solutions Architecture experience (≥10 years).
Proven leadership of analysts/architects (≥5 years).

Responsibilities

Leads a team of analysts to design and manage enterprise architecture for digital transformation.
Develops architecture and business-capability models representing future state.
Defines roadmaps and programs toward target architecture per EA standards.
Performs process/tech reviews to identify innovation opportunities.
Collaborates with business units to align programs with firm strategy.
Ensures alignment with global technology roadmap and standards.
Guides IT projects to adhere to target architecture and security standards.
Optimizes use of IT assets, capabilities, and resources.
Acts as Lead Technical Consultant for various business units.
