Job summary

Nexus Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Oracle Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of Oracle ERP and Cloud Applications across finance, procurement, SCM, or HCM. You will drive scalable architectures, ensure integration alignment, and guide delivery with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in enterprise solution design, 5+ years in Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle EBS, and strong stakeholder engagement skills to influence business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise solution design and delivery, including 5+ years with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, Procurement, SCM, or HCM.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead end-to-end Oracle ERP and/or Cloud Application architectures for enterprise transformation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions across Finance, Procurement, SCM, or HCM.
• Define integration strategies between Oracle and external systems using middleware or APIs.
• Guide configuration, development, and deployment of Oracle solutions with functional/technical teams.
• Support data migration planning, security design, and change impact analysis.
• Ensure architecture decisions align with standards, compliance, and cloud best practices.
• Participate in solution review boards, client workshops, and governance processes.
• Stay current on Oracle product roadmaps and industry trends.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and business-focused Oracle Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise solutions across Oracles ERP and cloud application landscape. This role is responsible for defining scalable architectures, ensuring integration alignment, and driving solution delivery across finance, procurement, supply chain, or HCM domains.

The ideal candidate brings deep technical and functional expertise in Oracle Cloud or E-Business Suite environments and a proven ability to lead solution architecture across complex digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and lead end-to-end Oracle ERP and/or Cloud Application architectures in support of enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing Oracle solutions across relevant domains (Finance, Procurement, SCM, HCM).
• Define integration strategies between Oracle platforms and external systems using middleware or APIs.
• Guide the configuration, development, and deployment of Oracle solutions in collaboration with functional and technical teams.

• Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Certifications:
