Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage case queues to process incoming lead and entitlement support requests.
• Validate customer information, update system records, and maintain data integrity across CRM tools.
• Resend digital entitlement emails and activation links using approved templates.
• Respond professionally to global customer inquiries and coordinate internally to resolve issues.
• Maintain transaction tracking records while complying with governance and process standards.
